Sealants

One of our most popular preventative procedures is the application of a dental sealant. Dental sealant is brushed on the surface of the teeth and then hardened with a high-density curing light. Once completed the sealant provides a durable plastic barrier which helps guard against tooth decay. Children make wonderful candidates for this procedure as their teeth are more susceptible to cavities. Most insurance providers cover the cost of the sealant as it is such an effective means to preventing further, more costly procedures down the road.
